Throughout my gaming career it has become evident that I despise long laborious grinds and being game currency poor. As fate would have it I have one gaming buddy who feels the exact same way. I must admit that we think so much alike that it can be a bit creepy if I over analyze it.
My general disgust with the mentioned gaming issues has continually forced me to root out methods and systems that will allow me to make the mental anguish of dealing with them bearable. The nice thing about having at least one friend in the same boat is most of the time one of us will come up with an acceptable solution.
For the last several years Razor and I have played a twisted game of ping pong of sorts. One time he finds a solution to our problem and another time I may find the solution. Without fail one or the other will find a way around or through the problem. Once that solution is achieved, the other is given full access in order that he may exploit it too!
There have been times that we have shared some if not all of our methods with others in our circle but none of them take it to the same extreme. Where those friends might be very happy with several thousand gold, Razor and I are not satisfied unless we are at the tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands mark.
One of the things that I find odd about the whole situation is how we might teach someone our Goblinish methods but we can never teach them to be a Goblin. I can’t count the number of markets and methods I have handed over to buddies. In nearly every instance they were unable to turn the volume of gold I could. Soon enough they would abandon the market and I would quietly slip back in.
With the move to SWTOR I haven’t had the opportunity to dissect the economy and professions the way I normally would. Remember that twisted game of ping pong I mentioned? While I have been off doing other things Razor has been working his Goblin ass off. With all of his hard work comes a pay off. For him it is credits for me it is his knowledge. Soon enough we will both be “Oprah rich” in SWTOR credits.
My ascent to fat cat riches in SWTOR has begun. With Razors help I will soon be “clockin major figures.” Even though my Sith will be living the high life, I am sure Razor will be a bit more over the top than I will. Could I possible fit any more puns in this paragraph? I digress. I am willing to be that within 45 days Razor is at or near the 100 million credit mark.
For me, this a good thing as I will never be broke. For you, it might mean you will never be broke either. I am trying to get Razor to put together a full blown credit guide for SWTOR. If he does it we will surely come up with a way to offer it to you all in one form or another.
Not sure if I will hit 100 million that fast but I can honestly say that with little work I can hit 750k a day easy with my current methods, and on weekends it is way more than that.
