Chloromancer Healing Guide 1.3

I have updated my Chloromancer Healing Guide for patch 1.3. The new build offers performance comparable to 1.2 but this performance comes at a cost. We have had to sacrifice the survivability we gained by spending more points in the Warlock tree. Now all of those point must be spent in the Chloromancer tree in order to see the comparable numbers.
